Grove Cottage is a semi-detached cottage attached to the owner's property just three miles from the North Yorkshire market town of Malton. The cottage has one double bedroom, one twin and a single, which with the addition of a family shower room, makes it suitable for five people. The cottage also contains an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a south facing enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and a hot tub.
